Scope
This statement applies to the publicly accessible marketing website friendlyuse.com, in particular the home page, pricing overview, use-case pages, and legal information pages.
Login, dashboard, scanner, and customer areas are evaluated and documented separately once they are in production under the final domain.
Compliance status
Based on our current self-assessment, the website is largely conformant with the requirements of WCAG 2.2 at conformance level AA and the applicable requirements of EN 301 549.
We additionally take into account the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), the BFSG Regulation, and the established content of an accessibility statement.
Known limitations
- Some illustrative placeholder elements may benefit from more detailed alternative text.
- External booking or payment interfaces may have their own accessibility limitations once integrated.
- PDF downloads, where offered, are being progressively replaced with HTML content or accessible PDF versions.
- Dynamic components are re-tested with keyboard, screen reader, and contrast checks after changes.
- The current marketing site links to app routes such as login, sign-up, and scanner; their accessibility is documented separately for the SaaS app.
Assessment approach
The assessment was carried out through internal self-evaluation using automated tests, keyboard checks, screen reader samples, and manual WCAG review of typical page templates.
We review this statement at least annually and following significant technical or content changes.
Feedback and contact
If you notice any barriers or need content in a more accessible format, please contact us at hello@friendlyuse.com.
Where possible, please include the affected URL, the device, browser, and assistive technology you were using. We typically confirm receipt within two working days.
Enforcement and dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent market surveillance or dispute resolution authority. For federal public bodies the BGG arbitration body applies; for BFSG obligations, market surveillance authorities are responsible.
We treat such feedback as a priority regardless of formal jurisdiction because it directly feeds into the quality of our product and website.
