How we count
Every person counts once a month.
A visitor is one unique person per domain and calendar month. Someone who comes back five times counts once. Counting uses a hash; we do not store raw IP addresses.
More visitors than your plan?
The widget stays active. No cut-off, no penalty fees. If you consistently have more visitors, the dashboard suggests a fitting plan.

The widget stays active. The dashboard shows how many unique visitors have been counted in the current month and suggests a fitting plan if your volume is consistently higher. No cut-off, no penalty fees.
What counts as a visitor?
One unique person per domain and calendar month. Repeat visits in the same month are not counted twice. Counting uses a hash; raw IP addresses are not stored.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days without a credit card. After that you choose a plan from €19 a month.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, at any time. There are no charges until the end of the trial.
How does invoicing work in the EU?
